Massage Abhyanga
Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic well-being treatment that is suitable for all Doshas (= constitutions in Ayurveda), it corresponds to the family massage practiced in the region of Kerala, in the southwest of India. Done with Gotu Kola oil, it gently relaxes and softens areas of muscle tension, and promotes drainage and the elimination of toxins. Its touch is soft but firm, enveloping and maternal.
